As part of KuCoin EU’s commitment to delivering exceptional service to our global user base, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist (f/m/d) to join our team in Vienna. In this role, you will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless user experience in the dynamic cryptocurrency environment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assist customers with account management, transactions, and technical troubleshooting. This is a key position for someone who is customer-focused, solutions-driven, and excited to grow in the crypto and blockchain space.

What makes You special

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Information Technology)
  • Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the cryptocurrency or financial services industry
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences and resolving issues efficiently
  • Proven ability to respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful solutions
  • Skilled in assisting users with account management, transactions, and technical troubleshooting
  • Eagerness to stay informed about KuCoin’s products, services, and trends in the crypto industry
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally to resolve complex issues
  • Proactive in providing feedback and suggesting improvements based on recurring customer concerns
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, five days a week
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English & French
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets or blockchain technology is a plus
