Active in over 30 countries, they develop and implement solar power plant solutions that maximize energy yield under all weather conditions through advanced solar tracking technologies. To support the growth of their Agri-PV activities, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

About the Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing small-scale, short-term Agri-PV projects, working closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure seamless execution. This role covers the full project lifecycle — from planning and permitting through to construction and commissioning — with a focus on delivering projects on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Agri-PV projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate activities with internal teams (engineering, procurement, construction, finance) and external stakeholders including landowners, authorities, and contractors.
• Collaborate with the PMO to align with standardized project processes, reporting, and documentation.
• Oversee permitting, regulatory compliance, and grid connection processes for assigned projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues early, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication between stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices, particularly in the Agri-PV segment.

Experience and Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Renewable Energy or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
• Proven track record in solar projects.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end project delivery, including permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to manage several projects in parallel.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel within Germany as required.
