Business Analyst Roles (Senior & Junior) - Banking Project (On-site Contract):

We are seeking one Senior Business Analyst (120 person-days) and two Junior Business Analysts (240 person-days total) for a critical, full-time, on-site assignment supporting our Banking Client.

Contract Duration: January 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026

Contract Type: Temporary Freelance

Preferred Setup: B2B Freelance with own entity setup

Pay Rate: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

You will work with the PMM Business Analyst to support project deliverables, including:

• Gathering requirements and drafting detailed functional specifications.
• Performing process analysis and documentation.
• Preparing and executing comprehensive test scenarios (including data testing).
• Providing 2nd level end-user support and managing issues via BMC/ADO.
• Resolving Data Quality issues and conducting root cause analysis.

(Note: The Senior BA will take a lead role in complex analysis and mentor the Junior BAs.)

Profile Requirements:

The ideal candidates must have hands-on experience in:

• Business Analysis Lifecycle: Requirements collection, specification drafting, testing, and collaboration with IT.
• Financial & Compliance Expertise: Experience with KYC, Counterparty Compliance, and a background in Financial Analysis, Monitoring, or Credit Risk.
• Data Management: Knowledge of Data Quality, Migration, and Testing concepts.
• Support & Frameworks: Familiarity with ITIL and providing 2nd level support.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
• Desirable: Knowledge of Data Governance frameworks (e.g., DMBOK).
