The QAS Technology Support team provides an operational support service to the Kedron Park Emergency Service Complex (KPESC). This includes operational support for technology assets, service facilitation, regionally located servers and secure assets. The branch also assists in broader project work where capability and capacity permit.

We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:

  • Proven high level knowledge and experience in the delivery of customer focussed ICT support services for a variety of ICT solutions and information technologies, in a technically complex operational environment
  • Proven ability to gather insights and embrace new ideas and innovation to inform future practice.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of customer-focussed outcomes.
  • Demonstrates accountability for the execution and quality of results through professionalism, persistence, and transparency.
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake research on emerging ICT trends and technologies to provide effective business solutions and improve efficiency.
