Role:

You are an Offensive Security Manager / Senior Consultant with a strong pentesting background

and a passion for advisory services. You will bridge the gap between technical security solutions and business needs, working closely with clients to understand their challenges and recommend tailored cybersecurity strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex cybersecurity concepts into business-friendly language.
• You coordinate technical cyber security consultancy assignments with the client
• You will lead and take part in a range of penetration testing assignments
• Stay updated on emerging threats, security technologies, and regulatory requirements to provide informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure the seamless delivery of security solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• Professional level of Dutch & English languages
• Must be living in The Netherlands
• Consultancy Experience
• Bachelors Degree
• At least 1 years experience in managing teams of 4+ people
• 3+ years of penetration testing experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
