Requirements
Studii superioare tehnice, profil de telecomunicatii sau calculatoare
Cunostinte avansate de limba engleza
Cunostinte solide de MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project)
Experienta in operarea si administrarea serviciilor de comunicatii electronice bazate pe tehnologii FO, TCP/IP, IP/MPLS si transmisiuni de date
Cunostinte de baza in domeniul retelelor de telecomunicatii (nivel CCNA1 & CCNA2) cunostinte de baza in domeniul transmisiunilor de date prin fibra optica si DWDM
Abilitati excelente de organizare, prioritizare si relationare cu echipele si clientii
Responsibilities
Asigura suport tehnic Level 1 & Level 2 pentru reteaua si serviciile companiei
Preia, investigheaza, trateaza si rezolva problemele / evenimentele din reteaua de fibra optica, reteaua DWDM si reteaua IP prin intermediul sistemului de ticketing si a aplicatiilor interne
Monitorizeaza sistemele, identifica alarmele, izoleaza si remediaza in cel mai scurt timp defectele aparute in retea
Comunica cu departamentele interne, cu furnizorii, partenerii si clientii companiei pentru rezolvarea problemelor tehnice
Intocmeste rapoarte operationale si rapoarte de peformanta
Instaleaza si configureaza hardware/software a echipamentelor de retea precum si operarea si intretinerea acestora - in limita responsabilitatilor acordate
Cunoaste arhitectura retelei si designul solutiilor complexe
Colaboreaza cu toate grupurile interne si acorda suport tehnic atunci cand este necesar
Preia apelurile din CallCenter si le gestioneaza conform procedurilor interne
