Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer / UX Lead

Location: Utrecht, UK

Experience: 7+ years in ServiceNow development and UX design

Contract role : 12 Months

Industry: Banking / Financial Services

Language: Dutch Mandate

Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years of recent ServiceNow development and UX design experience
  • Banking or financial services experience
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
  • HBO or university level of education, with strong analytical and academic thinking
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in Dutch
  • Experience working in Scrum teams
  • Proficiency with Figma

Desirable Experience:

  • Working with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, Employee Center Pro, Virtual Agent, Customer Service Management, Knowledge Management
  • At least 1 year in a complex financial organization
  • Conducting UI/UX workshops and creating user personas
  • Technical lead experience

Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills, able to engage at all organizational levels
  • Ability to provide strategic, tactical, and operational insights into complex architectural issues
  • Persuasive, able to influence and win support for ideas
  • Coaching and mentoring skills, able to guide colleagues
