Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer / UX Lead

Experience: 7+ years in ServiceNow development and UX design
Contract role : 12 Months
Industry: Banking / Financial Services
Language: Dutch Mandate
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of recent ServiceNow development and UX design experience
- Banking or financial services experience
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
- HBO or university level of education, with strong analytical and academic thinking
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Dutch
- Experience working in Scrum teams
- Proficiency with Figma
Desirable Experience:
- Working with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, Employee Center Pro, Virtual Agent, Customer Service Management, Knowledge Management
- At least 1 year in a complex financial organization
- Conducting UI/UX workshops and creating user personas
- Technical lead experience
Competencies:
- Strong communication skills, able to engage at all organizational levels
- Ability to provide strategic, tactical, and operational insights into complex architectural issues
- Persuasive, able to influence and win support for ideas
- Coaching and mentoring skills, able to guide colleagues
