Role: Certified Scrum Master with banking client experience

Location: Omaha, NE/Frisco, TX/Alpharetta, GA/Berkeley Heights, NJ (Onsite)

Job Type: 12 Months Contract

Job Description

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.

• Hands-on experience with Jira (required) – setting up projects, workflows, custom fields, and dashboards.

• Deep understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

• Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, UX, Product).

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
