Location: Remote (United States only)

Job Type: Independent Contractor (No insurance, PTO, & benefits; candidate will be responsible for any tax and insurance)

Salary: $140,000,00 per year

TRON DAO is seeking a Blockchain Content Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of content and marketing initiatives across global teams. This role is perfect for someone who combines strong project management skills with a systems-driven mindset, eager to implement workflows and tools that bring structure, speed, and creative alignment to TRON DAO’s operations.

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, communications, design, and regional teams to ensure projects move efficiently from concept to completion—while continuously refining processes to support scalability and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination

• Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies across TRON DAO’s campaigns, social content, partnerships, and media initiatives.
• Maintain structured workflows using Asana and Figma—ensuring clear accountability, seamless collaboration, and transparent reporting across teams.

Systems Design & Implementation

• Audit existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through better systems, templates, and communication structures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design scalable processes for content approvals, creative production, and cross-team handoffs.
• Introduce new tools or integrations that streamline collaboration and reduce manual steps.
• Champion a systems-oriented culture—bringing forward new ideas, technologies, and methods that improve team productivity and alignment.

Operational Efficiency & Documentation

• Create and maintain SOPs for recurring content workflows and campaign operations.
• Standardize reporting and post-launch review systems for performance tracking across content and partnerships.
• Work with the data team to centralize insights and automate progress reporting.

Cross-Functional Support

• Partner with leadership to translate strategic goals into structured content projects with clear ownership and timelines.
• Support global team communication by maintaining unified tools, templates, and project dashboards.
• Help onboard and train team members on new processes, workflows, and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in project management, operations, or content production management, ideally within crypto, tech, or Web3.
• Strong understanding of workflow design, project management frameworks, and creative operations.
• Hands-on experience with Asana, Figma, and complementary productivity tools (Notion, Airtable, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess, optimize, and report on system performance.
• Bonus: familiarity with Web3 ecosystems or content workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Eagerness to identify and implement systems that enhance team efficiency.
• Familiarity with AI tools or light automation (Zapier, Make, or similar) is a plus.
• Workflow diagramming (Miro, Whimsical, or Lucidchart).
• Dashboard creation (Airtable, Notion, Google Data Studio).
• Comfortable documenting and presenting process improvements.
