Glocomms are looking for a Network Automation Engineer with expertise in network security, web application development, and automation. You will work with globally distributed product managers, UX, software engineers, and more to plan, design, develop, test, and implement impactful solutions that support hundreds of client applications

Network Automation Engineer

Role Focus:

Lead-level developer with experience in network security, application development, and automation.
Hands-on development with involvement in Agile practices.

Technical Skills:

Programming Languages: Strong Python development skills.
Automation Tools: Proficient in Ansible.
Networking Expertise:
Experience with Cisco ACI Fabric technologies.
Knowledge of modern networking concepts like SASE, SDN, SD-WAN, Load Balancing, CDN, and DNS.
Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with Public and Private Cloud environments.

Experience:

Senior level: At least 5+ years of experience in relevant roles.
Proven ability to mentor and lead technical teams.
Experience with building dashboards, workflows, and integration rules.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills to work with globally distributed teams.
Ability to collaborate effectively with IT and business stakeholders.
Leadership qualities and ability to influence standards.

Languages:

Proficient in English (spoken, read, and written).

Starting date : 06-01-2025 Ending Date : 30-01-2026 + Extensions
