💻 Developer | NV1/NV2/PV Clearance | Canberra | Perm or Contract

📍 Location: Canberra (Onsite)

🛡️ Clearance Required: NV1, NV2, or PV

📅 Engagement: Contract or Permanent

We’re seeking a Developer with strong Python and Ansible experience to support the design and integration of third-party infrastructure components for a software-defined environment. You’ll play a key role in delivering Infrastructure-as-Code solutions as part of a secure, mission-critical project.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and integrate software components for a Software Defined Data Centre (SDDC)
• Collaborate with infrastructure and network engineers on end-to-end automation
• Build CI/CD pipelines and implement test-driven development (GitLab)
• Write and maintain system and process documentation
• Participate in architectural planning, code reviews, and integration testing
• Investigate and resolve complex development and infrastructure issues

✅ Essential Experience:

• NV1/NV2/PV security clearance
• 4+ years' experience in Python development
• Hands-on experience with Ansible (module extensions)
• Background in network device automation
• Strong debugging and performance analysis skills
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test-driven development
• Exposure to software-defined infrastructure projects
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• A proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies

🌟 Desirable Skills:

• Agile team experience
• Ansible for network device automation
• Full-stack development exposure
• AWS or other cloud environment experience
• Experience in government secure environments
• Familiarity with network/security monitoring tools
