What We Need

We're on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager, who excels at leading complex IT projects, mentoring teams, implementing scalable PM structures, and driving results through proactive leadership and exceptional stakeholder management.

Your Responsibilities

• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the Projects team.
• Create, implement and manage a PM structure that is scalable.
• Develop and manage a project schedule and work plan.
• Report on project progress, milestones and challenges to various stakeholders.
• Create and manage project related documentation.
• Utilize PM best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• (+) DPM, PRINCE2 or PMP certification.
• Team management and process PM process implementation.
• Ability to develop project related documentation.
• Knowledge of PM tools.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
• Readiness to learn and ability to understand complex business processes.
• Great communication skills and ability to work with and manage senior stakeholders.
• Consistent attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset is essential.
• High general problem-solving skills.
• Professional English.
