DevOps Engineer

Humbility is an algorithmic cryptocurrency arbitrage trading firm specializing in DeFi and CeFi across multiple chains and exchanges. We are a market-neutral trading company that develops low-latency arbitrage trading bots in a very competitive environment.

Our highly motivated and skilled team of 35 software engineers and data analysts is passionate about solving mathematical and logical challenges. To win in a low-latency game at the microsecond level, we are constantly looking for new technological solutions and improving our infrastructure and code performance.

We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Team, focusing on optimizing and managing our multi-cloud infrastructure and enabling our business-driven solutions. In this position, you will:

• Manage and develop tooling for a six-figure, multi-cloud infrastructure setup, including bare-metal servers.
• Design and optimize intra- and inter-cloud networking solutions in a flexible, multi-cloud environment.
• Develop and enhance deployment and orchestration processes using tools like Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes.
• Maintain and support Consul-based service discovery solutions as part of the infrastructure.
• Collaborate with highly skilled technical team members to achieve complex, business-driven solutions through innovative infrastructure management.
• Optimize and troubleshoot cloud networking, database clusters, and server configurations for stability, performance, and cost efficiency.

Technologies we use:

• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (or OpenTofu), Helm, Kubernetes.
• Cloud Networking and Management: Multi-cloud setups (AWS, Azure, GCP) integrated with bare-metal servers.
• Service Discovery: Consul (used as part of the infrastructure, with less focus).
• Monitoring and Observability: Prometheus, ELK Stack.

We expect you to have:

• At least two years of working experience in DevOps engineering.
• Strong expertise in managing multi-cloud environments, including cloud networking and integration with bare-metal servers.
• Proficiency with Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes for infrastructure deployment and management.
• The ability to collaborate with highly skilled engineers to deliver technical and business-driven solutions.
• A motivation to learn new technologies and adapt to rapidly changing requirements.
• Proficiency in English and Lithuanian languages.
• Availability to work on-site at our Technopolis Vilnius office.

You will stand out if you have (not required):

• Experience with cryptocurrencies and blockchain development.
• Hands-on experience managing hybrid cloud and bare-metal environments.

Salary Range: €3,500 – €10,000 gross per month.
