Technical Lead (8+ years, Location: Dubai)

Project Context:

Technical lead responsible for architecture, code quality, and mentoring development teams (frontend, backend, and DevOps).

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and validate system architecture across all layers.
• Conduct technical reviews and ensure code quality & security.
• Guide teams in best practices (testing, performance, deployment).
• Support DevOps and QA integration into CI/CD workflows.
• Act as the technical reference point for the Project Manager and client.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years in software engineering, including team leadership.
• Deep expertise in Node.js, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and DevOps pipelines.
• Experience with API-first architectures and ERP integrations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
