We are looking for an experienced Head of Development to lead and manage our development team in a full-time, permanent role. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical strategy.

✅ Team Leadership

• Lead and manage a team of developers, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Conduct performance assessments, provide mentoring, and set clear expectations for team members.

✅ Project Management

• Oversee the timely delivery of development projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into actionable technical plans.

✅ Technical Oversight

• Provide technical leadership and guidance on .NET development, while overseeing other technologies in the stack.
• Review code to ensure quality, scalability, and security, and propose improvements where necessary.

✅ Strategic Input

• Drive the development team's evolution by exploring and adopting innovative technologies and practices.
• Optimize workflows and improve team productivity by introducing best practices and tools.

📌 Proven experience as a Head of Development or a similar leadership role in technology.

📌 Strong expertise in .NET technologies, with experience in other programming languages and frameworks.

📌 Background in the financial sector, with an understanding of industry regulations and challenges.

📌 Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

📌 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

💡 Experience with agile methodologies and building scalable digital platforms.

💡 Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) and DevOps practices.

💡 Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance standards in the financial sector.
