How will you make an impact?

As our new HR Coordinator, you will be in the center of 4 key HR dimensions, fostering a sense of belonging, you will be having contact with Piaget's employees worldwide, providing extra-care in your interactions, demonstrating mastery in your HR skills, and contributing to an extraordinary employee experience.

Your main responsibilities will be spread over 4 main pillars:

People Experience

  • Create memorable experiences for our teams.
  • Enhance onboarding using Enboarder and engaging Piaget experiences.
  • Support onboarding for international leadership teams.
  • Contribute to team experiences and digital initiatives.
  • Assist in planning People Experience events (eg. Brand Workshops, Boutique Immersions and Heritage/Manufacture visits) and support "Future in All Genders" day.

Learning & Development

  • Cultivate a 'Never Stop Learning' mindset.
  • Manage our Learning Management System (LMS), provide user support, and promote learning opportunities.
  • Coordinate learning sessions and facilitate access to external resources.
  • Collaborate with L&D to ensure content reaches the right audience.
  • Monitor progress, create reports, and track employee development in the LMS.

Talent Acquisition

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Partner in daily activities.
  • Assist with CV screening to identify top talent.
  • Contribute to drafting and publishing engaging job advertisements.

HR Administrative Support

  • Work with the HR Specialist on contract creation, work certificates, and employee files.
  • Assist with SAP extractions for HR data.
  • Coordinate and streamline the onboarding process.
  • Manage POs, track invoices, and process expense reimbursements through SAP Finance.
  • Contribute to the development of department presentations.

Tools You’ll utilize: PeopleFirst, Workday, Enboarder, The Predictive Index, Office (PPT, Excel, Word, Outlook), LMS Cornerstone, SAP Finance, CMS

  • Experience: First experience in Human Resources in Switzerland.
  • Communication: Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills.
  • Service & Business Oriented: Delivers excellent support internally and externally.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with IT tools (Microsoft suite & recruiting/admin systems), eager to learn new platforms, and familiar with recruitment platforms and digital trends. Can manage small projects.
  • People-centric: Passionate advocate for employees; understands success is built on people.
  • Strong coordinator & collaborator: Communicates effectively with diverse stakeholders; manages projects end-to-end.
  • Innovator: Excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills; explores new paths with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proactive & Results-Driven: Curious, efficient, rigorous, agile, and dares to try new things.
  • Presentation Skills: Comfortable in evolving contexts and able to create impactful presentations.
