About the Role:

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to join a dynamic digital product team focused on transforming a large-scale retail experience and review system. This product enables retail organizations to assess, document, and improve how their brand experience is delivered across multiple customer touchpoints.

You will play a central role in designing an intuitive, scalable, and impactful digital solution — from concept to delivery — that empowers retail professionals to drive operational excellence and enhance customer experiences globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences for complex retail workflows.
• Translate user insights and business requirements into clear, actionable design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma or similar tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to ensure cohesive design execution.
• Conduct and participate in usability testing to validate design decisions and refine solutions.
• Maintain consistency across the product by developing and adhering to design systems.
• Continuously iterate based on user feedback and performance data to enhance usability and engagement.
• Contribute to a collaborative and feedback-driven team culture that values creativity, learning, and shared ownership.
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
• Expertise: Strong foundation in user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Framer, Miro, or equivalent design and prototyping tools.
  
  

Skills:

• Ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive user experiences.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to present and justify design decisions.
• Experience conducting or collaborating on user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with agile product development environments.
