Project Manager

A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role you will have regional focus for all the projects both in Installation and Commissioning and Warranty phase. As a Project Manager you act as the single point of contact with the customer, ensuring that all inquiries and open points are resolved to the satisfaction of both parties.

Further, you will support and coordinate mobilizations of personnel, HSE, scheduling, local sourcing etc. depending on the I&C phase and complexity.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Responsible for contract management, follow schedule, budget, risk, change, opportunity and resource allocation management for onshore projects.
• Support countries with limited or unexperienced organizations with knowledge sharing within the ICW organization in the region.
• Interface with Global PM In the projects and Global Manager.
• Regular reporting to Global Management
• Facilitates execution of continuous improvement plan.
• Performs an active role to enable stronger relationship with customers.
• Participate in several overall cross-functional forums in the company.
• Frequent inter-organizational and external contacts (different Business Units with clients and service providers).
• Customer Care and Interface together with PM Org

• You have deep experience of leadership and experience in project management.
• You are a strategic manager, with genuine interest in leadership and people development.
• A great focus on our customers and employees
• Good at building and maintaining networks and relations, and the ability to communicate in all directions in English.
• Openness to new insights, value positive thinking and likes problem solving.
• You are an enforcer of inclusion and diversity.
• MGT Gas turbine know how is not required, but an advantage.

• No restrictions for travelling
• Driving license is required
• No obstacle for working at site during maintenance activities
