Blockchain Developer – UAE | Hybrid / On-site

Join a landmark digital transformation initiative reshaping how property and escrow transactions are managed across the UAE. As Blockchain Developer, you’ll take the lead in building blockchain-based modules that bring transparency, security, and automation to real estate digitisation.

The Role

This is a hands-on development role where you’ll design and deploy smart contracts, NFT title deeds, and blockchain integrations connecting enterprise systems such as SAP, GIS, and legal registries. You’ll collaborate closely with backend, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver tamper-proof, regulator-ready blockchain workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop smart contracts for escrow management, milestone fund release, and digital title deeds.

• Implement NFT-based ownership records using ERC-721 or equivalent standards.

• Integrate blockchain modules with SAP, banks, and registries through secure APIs.

• Build middleware for secure data mapping, synchronisation, and audit trails.

• Implement decentralised identity (DID) and KYC/AML integrations.

• Conduct contract testing, auditing, and optimisation for performance and gas efficiency.

• Document blockchain architecture and interfaces for internal and regulatory use.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 3+ years of experience developing smart contracts in Solidity or equivalent.

• Strong understanding of Ethereum, Avalanche, Polygon, or Hyperledger frameworks.

• Proven work with NFTs, ERC-721/1155 standards, and Layer-1/L2 technologies.

• Experience with Web3.js, ethers.js, or Rust SDKs and wallet integrations.

• Understanding of blockchain security, contract upgradability, and auditing.

• Exposure to SAP integrations and enterprise API environments.

This position is on-site so you must be either located in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE, or willing to relocate there to be considered.
