We’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our client’s innovative digital team. In this role, you’ll help shape intuitive, inclusive, and visually engaging experiences for both web and mobile platforms. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in creating a consistent and seamless digital experience across all products. You will:
- Manage and maintain the design system to ensure scalability and consistency
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Apply a mobile-first and responsive design approach
- Set up and conduct user testing to validate design decisions
- Use analytics tools such as Hotjar to support UX improvements
- Ensure all designs meet WCAG accessibility standards and best practices
You combine creativity with structure and are able to turn user needs into well-crafted design solutions. You bring:
- Proven experience with Figma and maintaining design systems
- Experience applying WCAG standards and responsive design principles
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Hotjar
- At least 3 years of experience designing consistent digital interfaces
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Strong problem analysis and requirements gathering skills
- Experience working in Agile teams
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent command of Dutch at CEFR level C2
