Job Title: Director of Engineering Consulting Services

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned leader with deep expertise in highways, roads, and infrastructure consulting to head our Engineering Consulting Services in Abu Dhabi. The Director will be responsible for driving project excellence, client engagement, and business growth while ensuring innovation and technical leadership across large-scale infrastructure programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee consulting projects in highways, roads, and infrastructure.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with government and private sector stakeholders.
• Drive business development and expand the service portfolio across the region.
• Ensure compliance, quality, and adoption of best international engineering practices.
• Mentor and develop high-performing consulting and technical teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in highway/road design, planning, and consulting.
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong business acumen, client management, and strategic planning skills.
