Project Planner

My client is an established engineering and project services company in the onshore and offshore energy sector is looking for an experienced Project Planner to join their team in Bergen.

You’ll be part of a passionate group of professionals delivering excellence across all project phases — from concept development and studies to completion and commissioning.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute EPCI projects from concept to delivery
• Develop and manage WBS and project network schedules using Safran
• Monitor the critical path, manage changes, and report progress
• Maintain manpower projection plans and ensure clear communication across project phases

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
• 5+ years planning experience in oil & gas (brownfield/greenfield)
• 3–5 years experience using Safran
• Knowledge of PEM and IFS ERP systems is an advantage
• Fluent in Norwegian and English
• Proactive, analytical team player with strong communication skills

This is a long-term contract role with a well-established client known for delivering complex projects safely and efficiently.
