Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage client’s software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA’s ensuring client satisfaction

Experience in Network Domain

Hands on experience on various types of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, Static Routing, HSRP/VRRP, STP, VTP)

Hands on experience on Cisco Network Devices(Cisco ISR-4431/K9 Router, 8300 Router, Cisco-9200, 9300, 9500 Series Switch, Nexus 7000/9000/5000/3000/2000 Series Switches)

Monitor and analysed network performance, traffic, and utilization to proactively identify issues.

Perform IOS upgrades on various model of L2/L3 network devices

Experience on resolving vulnerabilities related network issues.

Work Experience on SLA based monitoring tools(ServiceNow) to monitor link up/down/restore and network performance

Responsible to carry out the troubleshooting on network devices.

End to End implementation of network devices.

Generation of various network related reports.

Knowledge on HLD & LLD.

Flexible in shift, working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
