Senior Avaloq Developer

One of our clients is looking for a Senior Avaloq Developer - Payments Specialist. In this role, you will contribute to the design and optimisation of Avaloq payment workflows and interfaces, providing expert support in payment integration, system customisation, and end-to-end transaction processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain payment functionalities within the Avaloq core banking system
• Build and enhance interfaces with external payment and anti-fraud systems
• Customise modules for SIC, SEPA, SWIFT, TARGET2/TIPS, and other payment networks
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, supporting testing and rollouts
• Collaborate across teams to improve system efficiency and performance

Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar
• Avaloq Certified Professional (ACP) is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Avaloq development
• Proven background in the payments domain
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluent in English; German is an asset
