The Role

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll bridge the gap between machine learning, software engineering, and cloud infrastructure - bringing models from concept to production in a robust and scalable way.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing AI-powered applications that leverage LLMs and Generative AI frameworks.
• Building scalable backend systems and APIs to integrate ML models into production environments.
• Working across the full stack, from cloud infrastructure to front-end delivery.
• Deploying and maintaining solutions on AWS (preferred), following best practices in MLOps and DevOps.
• Containerising and orchestrating services with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to translate complex problems into technical solutions.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in software engineering or full-stack development with exposure to AI/ML applications.
• Practical experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and model integration into production environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS (preferred) or other major cloud providers.
• Familiarity with containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• B2+ level German (essential) and professional English proficiency.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
