Skill Network Engineer ( Urgent )

For All Engineer Roles:

Perform integration, configuration, and testing of Ericsson RAN products (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G).

Conduct network health checks, troubleshooting, and alarm analysis to ensure site stability.

Execute software upgrades, hardware verification, and license management.

Perform backup, recovery, and inventory management activities.

Maintain a strong understanding of End-to- End (E2E) network architecture.

English and Turkish is mondantary

RAN Integration Engineer (3+ Years) :

Support on-site activities and troubleshoot alarms with/without ASP (Advanced Service Partner) support.

Analyze alarm logs and handle alarm monitoring reports.

Implement configuration changes parameters

RAN Integration Engineer (5+ Years) :

5G/4G/3G/2G good knowledge

Good knowledge of E2E Network

Handover documentation and procedure

Acceptance test

Support root cause analysis of integration problem

Verify script

Secure that template and tool exist for the script collection ensure the quuality of site (alarm free)

RAN Integration Engineer (7+ Years) :

5G/4G/3G/2G excellent knowledge

Describe delivery solution

Handling complex product solution

Suggest / drive WoW

Estimate cost and time to implementation

Supporting customer consultaion related to Ericsson Common Interface Model

Troubleshooting with integration CSR team

Creating flowchart for most common operation

High level desing

Handover and knowledge transfer
