We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to join a project focused on developing an internal service responsible for extracting and propagating data across various systems.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python (primary)
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs to support internal data workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data propagation.
- Implement microservices following best practices in scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment processes.
- Contribute to the evolution of system design and architecture for long-term maintainability.
- Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of data structures, distributed systems, and system design.
- Experience with RESTful API development.
- Knowledge of Django or Flask.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL and/or Cassandra databases.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins (or similar CI/CD tools), Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with AWS or another major cloud provider.
- Background in microservices architecture.
- Good knowledge of Java.
- Knowledge of Spring Boot
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Understanding of ETL processes.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
