We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in C# .NET and React to join our growing tech team. You'll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable web applications, working across the full stack to deliver high-quality solutions that drive real value. This is a hybrid role with two days a week based in the office.

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C# .NET (Core/Framework) and React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, scalable, and testable code.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices.
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in C# .NET (Core) and React.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and version control (Git).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
