Social Media Manager – NFT Community Engagement

Join a dynamic NFT brand as a Social Media Manager focused on real-time engagement and community building within the X (Twitter) platform. This role is ideal for someone deeply immersed in crypto culture, passionate about fostering meaningful conversations, and skilled at translating complex blockchain concepts into accessible language. You will be the voice of the project, ensuring every interaction is on-brand, informative, and adds value to the community’s understanding of NFTs and the broader crypto landscape. The position emphasizes live engagement—replying to mentions, participating in Spaces, and sparking thoughtful threads—rather than content scheduling or graphic design. Success in this role is measured by the quality and frequency of interactions that drive follower growth and community sentiment, as well as insightful weekly summaries that capture wins, common questions, and trends.

Deliverables

• Engage daily in replies, mentions, lists, and Spaces to foster vibrant, informed conversations.
• Answer questions and provide fact-checked, on-brand responses to community members.
• Initiate and participate in threads that educate and inspire followers about NFTs and crypto topics.
• Monitor and report on community sentiment, wins, and frequently asked questions using Twitter Analytics or similar tools.
• Deliver concise weekly summaries highlighting engagement metrics, sentiment shifts, and key insights.
• Maintain a consistent, friendly, and knowledgeable presence that aligns with the project’s mission and values.
  
  

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing or engaging with NFT or crypto communities on X (Twitter).
• Deep understanding of crypto culture, NFT trends, and blockchain fundamentals.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Proven track record of driving engagement and growing online communities, supported by analytics or case studies.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize real-time engagement, and adapt to evolving community needs.
• Familiarity with Twitter Analytics or third-party social listening tools.
• Availability for ongoing, flexible engagement; remote work.
