The Role


As a Sales Executive you will be involved in a combination of outbound and inbound sales, being entrepreneurial in a high-growth sector. Creating and executing on a strategy you can develop yourself.


Services you will be selling:

  • On & off-ramping
  • Stablecoin banking
  • FX
  • Stablecoin yield
  • Staking
  • Crypto custody
  • Asset Tokenization


Salary package

200,000 AED basic

750,000 AED on target commissions



What You'll Be Doing


  • Outbound and inbound sales within your region
  • Communicating with C-suite and enterprise stakeholders
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, product demos, negotiations, and closing
  • Strategic shaping of approach while executing directly on opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene

  • Strong personal network across the sector and area
  • Excellent sales and business development skills
  • Strong prospecting, lead generation, and conversion capabilities
  • Ability to connect with decision-makers from internal teams at all leadership levels
  • Track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relations
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency, stablecoins, and blockchain technology
  • Experience in a startup environment
  • Experience with financial services / fintech
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
