About the role:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our design team. In this role, you’ll shape the user experience of Absorb’s learning solutions, from concept to launch. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling designs that solve real user problems.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead design projects from discovery through delivery, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Bring bold ideas to the table, leveraging cutting-edge tools and innovative methods to deliver value
• Translate complex workflows into simple, elegant solutions
• Use AI tools instinctively as part of your standard process
• Conduct researchers to validate ideas and iterate based on feedback
• Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability
• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization
  
  

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design for complex applications
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Experience with design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
