We’re looking for a hands-on and visionary CTO to lead our technical growth across the Baltic region. You’ll combine deep engineering expertise with strong leadership and customer trust — acting as both a technical authority and the regional face of Wonderful.

🚀 As a key regional technology leader, you will be expected to:

• Lead technical strategy and architecture across the Baltic region, aligning regional initiatives with global product goals.
• Drive customer-facing technical excellence — joining enterprise sales conversations, demos, and solution design discussions.
• Build and scale a high-performing technical team across engineering, integration, and pre-sales functions.
• Act as a hands-on engineering lead, writing code, building integrations, and setting world-class technical standards.
• Ensure secure, compliant, and scalable delivery of AI agent integrations for enterprise clients.
• Represent regional customer needs to the global Product and Engineering teams, driving localization and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian for regional leadership and client collaboration.
• 7+ years of back-end experience, creating scalable systems and turning complex tech into shipped, customer-facing solutions.
• Proven background in pre-sales, solution architecture and complex technical implementations for enterprise environments.
• Strong leadership DNA, passionate  about building teams, systems, and strategies independently in zero-to-one environments.
