Web Developer (PHP & Javascript) | Mid or Senior | Nottingham 3 days a week | 35-50k

You’ll join a tight, ~20-person digital team in Nottingham city centre that designs and builds bespoke products for big-name clients such as The FA.

No cookie-cutters. No chaos. Just proper engineering with time and structure to do your best work.

What you’ll do

• Take projects from concept to completion across Laravel, WordPress and modern front-end.
• Improve and maintain existing systems used by thousands.
• Work closely with designers and PMs who protect your time with daily stand-ups and a full planning day every Friday.
• Learn, share, and shape how things are built as the team grows.

Tech you’ll use

• PHP 8, WordPress, Laravel
• HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, JavaScript ES6/ES7
• Vue or React, GitHub/Bitbucket
• Nice to have: headless builds (Next.js/Nuxt), Statamic, AWS/Vercel, PHPUnit/PhpSpec, Craft/Drupal/Shopify

Salary, benefits, and setup

We are open to both Mid-Level and Senior candidates

• Mid-level: £34,000 to £40,000
• Senior: £40,000 to £50,000
• ~40 days off a year (28 holiday + bank holidays + Christmas closure)
• Sick pay, pension, latest kit and your choice of software
• Hybrid: 3 days in the Nottingham studio, 2 days remote. Friday is the in-office planning day.
