- Design, build, test, and maintain scalable high-load systems.
- Take ownership of technical decisions, lead complex projects, and ensure system reliability.
- Act as a technical mentor, guiding and inspiring team members to achieve excellence.
- Collaborate with global Agile teams, including engineers, product managers, and leaders.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in architecture, security, and performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
- Work with the following technologies: .NET 6/8, Typescript, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ.
- 5+ years of experience in .NET development.
- Proven track record of leading teams or projects and influencing technical direction.
- Expertise in high-availability, high-performance systems and APIs.
- Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and unit testing.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and Agile methodologies.
- Strong English communication skills at an upper-intermediate level or higher.

- Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and RabbitMQ/Kafka.
- Advanced knowledge of algorithms and system optimization.
- Familiarity with VM provisioning tools like Terraform or Ansible.
