The company is looking for a full-time Network Engineer who feels like a spider in the web when it comes to more complex networks. This includes monitoring, securing, backing up and configuring these networks. As a network engineer here you will be part of the engineering team and fully responsible for keeping all kinds of networks running. Occasional work in the evenings or weekends is part of the position.

You are responsible for advising, designing and implementing these network architectures. Many of these networks are combined with Voice-over-IP, so VoIP knowledge is an absolute plus.

What do we expect from you?

• You have completed a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) training.
• You have at least an MBO working and thinking level and you have worked in the telecom and/or ICT sector for at least 5 years.
• You are a service-oriented team player with a hands-on mentality, who ensures good communication with end users/customers and colleagues.
• You provide a good listening ear for technical problems, know how to work in a targeted project manner, are clear and concise and can monitor progress well.
• In addition, you are technically strong, analytical and commercially oriented. Moreover, you are not averse to occasionally sitting in a server cabinet with your knees and a screwdriver.
