As a seasoned expert, the Client Project Manager leads multiple standard or complex client projects from concept to implementation, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. They act as the primary client contact, manage stakeholder engagement, and oversee risk, change, and communication management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver concurrent client projects.
- Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations.
- Maintain scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
- Manage risks, issues, and change control.
- Provide pre-sales support and contribute to proposals.
- Identify upselling opportunities through client engagement.
- Coordinate project teams and resources.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication (fluent/native Dutch) and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage complex tasks under pressure.
- Commercial acumen and influencing skills.
- Experience in change management and client-facing roles.
- Knowledge of relevant industry, domain, or technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or project management.
- PMP certification preferred; ITIL is a plus.
- Experience in multinational professional services environments.
