We are looking for an "IT Specialist / IT Assistant Specialist" who will take an active role in various projects in order for developing implementations and supporting all business units regarding IT processes in a fast growing global company.

*Würth Türkiye HQ is located in Büyükçekmece, İstanbul.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying-out IT digitalisation projects of each unit based on the requirement within the scope of Global HQ standards and procedures.
• Being a focal point for IT solutions to each unit and supporting unit system developments and IT implementations.
• Responsible for supporting all employees within the scope of help desk in order to provide the best service.
• Acting as a trainer regarding all the related It Systems or Information Security Trends.
• Contributing global IT implementations of digital strategies, roadmap and technology architecture to develop existing systems.
• Supporting the related local teams in each business unit regarding information security procedures in parallel with global HQ and local laws.
• Willing to take additional tasks when needed.
• Havimg no travel restrictions ( for abroad and/or within Turkey)

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in the related fields.
• Min 2+ years of work experience in the IT departments of the global companies
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Having knowledge of MDM (Mobile Device Management), Microsoft Operating Systems, Apple Device Management and Information Security Systems.
• Experienced in managing network systems and network devices
• Experienced in end-user support and technical support
• Result-oriented and good at details.
• Willing to learn new metrics and trends.
• Being a good team player
• Easy to adapt to dynamic working environment
