QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or a related field,
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role (experience in retail is a plus),
• Proficiency in Power BI / Fabric and strong knowledge of SQL / T-SQL,
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Datasphere integrations,
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and prioritization skills,
• Experience with Azure Data Services, DAX, and Power Query,
• Understanding of semantic data models,
• Knowledge of advanced BI visualization tools and analytics platforms.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a results-driven and curious BI Developer to join our data-focused and collaborative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions. Your primary tool will be Power BI, through which you will create impactful data visualizations, build data models, and help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.

• Analyze reporting and data visualization needs from various business units,
• Support ETL processes and develop data models for reporting,
• Design and deliver insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI,
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability,
• Maintain and improve existing BI solutions,
• Document BI solutions, data flows, and development processes.
