About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a forward-thinking tech organization developing a next-generation iOS application.
This is a unique opportunity to work on an innovative mobile product that combines modern design, robust performance, and real-world impact. As an iOS Developer, you’ll take ownership of the mobile development lifecycle — from concept to deployment — helping deliver a polished and reliable experience to a professional user base.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to define and implement app features.
- Translate business and technical requirements into clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Develop user interfaces that are visually appealing and responsive.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability across multiple iOS devices.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, SDKs, and third-party libraries.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards and best practices.
- Work with version control systems (Git) to manage and track code changes.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Monitor and address app crashes, performance bottlenecks, and user-reported issues.
- Assist with App Store submissions, release management, and ongoing maintenance.
- Keep up to date with the latest iOS tools, frameworks, and development trends.
- Contribute to documentation for code, architecture, and development processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in iOS development.
- Strong proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.
- Experience with key iOS frameworks (UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, etc.).
- Familiarity with mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, or VIPER).
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or other data sources.
- Proficiency with Git, Xcode, and continuous integration tools.
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g., XCTest, Quick/Nimble).
- Experience with App Store deployment and provisioning profiles.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Exposure to aviation, mapping, GPS, or data visualization applications is a plus.
