Product Designer (3-Month Contract, Possible Extension/Conversion)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our design team on a 3-month contract, with strong potential to extend or convert to full-time. You’ll work closely with product managers and engineers in a cross-functional team to design intuitive, data-informed experiences for enterprise clients.

This role will give you the chance to champion the user voice in a product environment where design is increasingly shaping the roadmap. You’ll also have access to a wealth of analytics and user data to guide your work.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Product Managers and developers in an agile pod to design product features that improve web and conferencing experiences.
• Work within an existing design system, while contributing ideas for its evolution.
• Create wireframes, flows, and prototypes; validate solutions through user feedback and testing.
• Advocate for the user in product discussions—bringing data, insights, and clear UX reasoning to the table.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive, enterprise-grade digital experiences.
• Partner with other designers and researchers to continuously improve design standards and processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in UX or product design, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong interaction design skills; ability to simplify complex workflows into elegant solutions.
• A portfolio showcasing user-centered design work across web applications.
• Comfort working in a collaborative environment where Product Managers and engineers are active partners.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Strong communication skills—able to clearly voice user needs and advocate for UX decisions.
• Bonus: experience working on conferencing, collaboration, or financial/enterprise tools.
