Key Responsibilities

Dashboard Development & Optimization


  • Design, build, and continuously enhance Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  • Apply advanced DAX and Power Query techniques to create dynamic, user-friendly visualizations tailored to financial and operational use cases.


Data Modeling & Performance


  • Develop efficient and scalable data models using Snowflake, ensuring optimal query performance and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure smooth data flow from upstream pipelines to visualization layers.


Predictive Analytics & AI Integration


  • Incorporate AI-driven insights into dashboards, enabling predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and automated alerting.
  • Support the integration of machine learning outputs into BI reports for enhanced forecasting and scenario planning.


Collaboration & Documentation


  • Maintain version control, documentation, and workflow traceability in GitLab, ensuring transparency and reusability across teams.
  • Work closely with finance, logistics, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, validate outputs, and iterate on solutions.


Education & Experience


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in BI development, preferably within financial or logistics domains.


Technical Skills


  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and custom visuals (minimum 3 years experience).
  • Strong experience with Snowflake and SQL for data modeling and performance tuning.
  • Basic knowledge of Python for data preparation and integration tasks (minimum 2 years experience).
  • Familiarity with GitLab for version control and collaborative documentation.


Soft Skills


  • Strong data storytelling and visualization skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German language proficiency is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in cross-functional teams.


Working Conditions


  • Schedule: Standard Indian business hours.
  • Work Options: Onsite only.
  • Global Coverage: May require occasional work outside standard hours.
  • Performance Metrics: Success measured by response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
