Your area of work:

The Transformation Office manages the Clearstream Fund Services Project Portfolio, aligning projects with governance and strategic goals. We collaborate with the CEO, management board, and stakeholders to prioritize and support decision-making, aiming for growth, cost efficiency, operational effectiveness, and high satisfaction among customers and staff. As a Project Manager, you plan, execute, and close projects of various scopes, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.

Your responsibilities:


  • Project Planning: Establish clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules to align with organizational objectives and monitor progress regularly.
  • Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation, manage budgets diligently, and monitor expenditures to maintain financial discipline throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership to project teams by assigning roles and responsibilities, encouraging collaboration, and supporting high team morale.
  • Risk Management: Systematically identify, analyze, escalate, and mitigate risks to facilitate successful project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison to stakeholders, delivering consistent updates on project status to all parties, including steering committees and executive leadership. Address any concerns or changes related to scope, budget, or timeline promptly and transparently.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement robust controls to ensure all project deliverables satisfy quality standards and comply with agreed specifications.
  • Contribute project management expertise to the Transformation Office to support and enhance team-led initiatives.


Your profile:


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably with knowledge of Asset Management, Funds, or Banking. IT background and certifications like PMP, Agile (SCRUM), or PRINCE2 are a plus.
  • At least 5 years in project management within the financial sector, managing complex projects from start to finish.
  • Confident leading projects with a content-driven approach; experienced in coordinating across multiple locations and cultures.
  • Strong skills in structuring, planning, and monitoring projects, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and flexibility.
  • Effective at engaging all levels of stakeholders and developing partnerships with business and IT teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal English required; French or German is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills for quick issue identification and solution development.
  • Diplomatic, assertive, results-oriented, collaborative, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Teams); experience with Jira or Clarity preferred.
