Project Manager

Salt is currently hiring a Project Manager for a client of ours in Amsterdam.

Role is until the end of the year, and we are looking for a candidate with ZZP/KVK. It is paying 90 euros an hour.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution. This role focuses on program scoping, discovery, planning, stakeholder management, and driving successful project delivery in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects and programs.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure successful execution.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and organizational readiness.
• Support change management activities to enable successful adoption of new initiatives.
• Ensure smooth project handover to business-as-usual teams upon completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of project or program management experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional and technology teams.
• Strong project planning, scoping, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or similar preferred).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
