Site Reliability Engineer Enablement
We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer Enablement to play a key role in the migration of four mission-critical applications to Microsoft Azure Public Cloud. You will work within the Travel Guidance cluster, ensuring that travel information systems maintain high availability and reliability 24/7.
Key Skills & Experience:
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in mission-critical environments
- Deep understanding of IP networking, load balancers, reverse proxies, firewalls, AKS, APIM, and IAM
- Knowledge of Security by Design and Azure guardrail policies
Messaging & Integration
- Proven experience with RabbitMQ
- Experience with Azure Service Bus and/or Event Grid
CI/CD & Automation
- Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, and SonarQube
- Strong scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) experience
Identity & Access Management
- Experience with Keycloak and/or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Observability & Reliability
- Experience with Datadog and/or Dynatrace
- Ability to define and implement SLOs, SLIs, and conduct blameless post-mortems
Background
- Minimum HBO degree level (Bachelor’s equivalent)
- 5–7 years of professional experience in software engineering, cloud, or infrastructure roles
- Solid understanding of the OSI model and ideally full-stack knowledge
- Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, pragmatic, and results-driven
- Able to coach DevOps teams
- Willingness to occasionally perform planned actions outside business hours
