About the Role



We are looking for an accomplished HR & Office Coordinator to join our team and share our spirit – Dare to Innovate. We have a strong entrepreneurial ambition, and our people must be proactive and agile collaborators.



Responsibilities



  • HR & Employee Lifecycle: You manage the full employee journey—from onboarding and performance management to sick leave and offboarding—ensuring a smooth and professional HR experience at every stage.
  • Absence & Wellbeing: You maintain proactive contact with employees, managers, and occupational health services. You oversee absence management and promote employee wellbeing and sustainable employability.
  • Payroll & Benefits: You handle employee data changes and provide accurate input for payroll processing in NMBRS. You also manage employee benefits and ensure timely and correct administration.
  • Office & Facilities: You act as the main point of contact for all office-related matters, including coordination with the building manager and implementation of health & safety measures to maintain a safe and pleasant working environment.
  • Culture & Communication: As a trusted and confidential advisor, you support both employees and management. You actively contribute to a positive, inclusive company culture and foster open communication across the organization.
  • Projects & Improvements: You lead and support strategic HR initiatives such as performance review processes, HR roadmaps, and policy updates. You continuously seek opportunities to improve HR practices and contribute to organizational development.


Qualifications



  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with a good understanding of the Dutch Labor law
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
  • A positive, can-do attitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfort working in an international, fast-paced environment


Pay range and compensation package



Salary: 3700 EUR & 4200 based on fulltime.



Benefits: 9% own pension contribution and 13.6% company pension contribution, ASF Healthcare, 8% holiday money, 28 days holiday based on fulltime employment, Travel allowance 0.23 cent per KM
