Job Summary: Dialectic is seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR & Recruiting Lead to manage and scale our talent acquisition and human resources functions. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner, responsible for attracting world-class talent to our highly specialized crypto-native team and ensuring a supportive, compliant, and high-performance work culture. This role is essential to our continued growth and success. The candidate should be highly flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a “no job too big or too small attitude.”
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
- Strategy & Sourcing: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to recruit specialized talent in the crypto, DeFi, software engineering, legal, and finance sectors. The role requires regular travel to industry conferences and events for the purpose of talent acquisition and networking.
- End-to-End Recruiting: Oversee and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience consistent with Dialectic's values.
- Employer Branding: Enhance Dialectic’s presence as an employer of choice within the crypto community, leveraging our unique work culture and exposure to extremely talented people.
- Culture & Values: Actively maintain and foster Dialectic’s supportive work atmosphere, flat hierarchies, and strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Onboarding & Development: Design and manage effective onboarding and continued development programs. Ensure the provision of appropriate training and guidance for employees.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage competitive compensation, bonus, and participation opportunities. Ensure contemporary working conditions that provide ample space for employees to develop themselves alongside the company.
- Compliance & Administration: Oversee HR administration and ensure adherence to relevant Swiss labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR initiatives with the company's strategic goals.
- Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in a strategic HR or Recruiting role.
- Demonstrable experience recruiting highly specialized technical talent, ideally with exposure to the crypto/blockchain/DeFi space.
- Strong understanding of Swiss labor law and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for achieving desired results.
- Generally, an open mind and ability to learn new technologies and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and be a self-starter in the office and when required to be onsite for events.
- Bachelor's degree or some quantitative training in a related field is an asset but not required.
- Familiarity with and interest in the cryptocurrency and venture capital industries is considered an asset.
