Agile Coach – Release Train Engineer (RTE)

We are looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join a dynamic Agile organization operating in a SAFe environment. You will act as a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART), supporting multiple Agile teams and stakeholders in delivering value efficiently and predictably. The ideal candidate has a solid background in Agile and SAFe, strong facilitation and communication skills, and a passion for enabling continuous improvement across teams.

Your tasks

• Coaching the lean-agile mindset and practices within the Agile Release Train (ART)
• Supporting communication and collaboration across teams, building a one-team culture
• Optimizing workflow and improving delivery efficiency within the ART
• Assisting Product Managers with PI Planning preparation and backlog readiness
• Helping teams with estimation and aggregation of work at the feature and epic levels
• Facilitating PI Planning readiness, including Continuous Exploration and pre-/post-PI events
• Leading and facilitating PI Planning sessions
• Managing risks, dependencies, and resolving impediments
• Tracking and analysing program flow metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Supporting and nurturing the Scrum Master community and Communities of Practice
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in Agile environments, including 3 years of leading Agile teams
• Excellent understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe principles
• Proven experience working in a SAFe environment
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to coach and mentor teams and individuals in Agile best practices
• Fluent English
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
