Join Our Team as a NOC Engineer!
Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in system monitoring, ticket management, and real-time network performance analysis? Do you have good command of English, flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift system, and preferably knowledge in VOIP and SMPP technologies? If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative and dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
• System monitoring and reporting, ticket flow handling, reporting, and proactively troubleshooting traffic-related issues.
• Enhancing corporate response goals to customer troubles.
• Monitoring, reporting, and analyzing real-time, in-depth network performance statistics for all network elements.
• Prioritizing multiple tasks, projects, and demands effectively.
• Receiving all complaints from customers, evaluating, and documenting all issues within a ticketing system.
• Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with co-workers, engineers, and account executives.
• Working in a 24/7 shift system to ensure continuous service and monitoring.
Core Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Residency on the Asian (Anatolian) side of Istanbul is a must.
• Knowledge of VOIP and SMPP is a plus.
• Highly motivated to learn new technologies and acquire new skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, problem solver, and team player.
