Role Summary

We’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow sales of masterbatches, additives, and compounds across assigned territories. The role involves developing new business, managing key accounts, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver value-added polymer solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Identify and pursue new customers in plastics conversion, compounding, and OEM sectors.
  • Manage existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Present technical and commercial solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with R&D and production to support trials and product development.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Polymer, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
  • 3–5+ years of sales experience in polymers, masterbatch, additives, plastic compounding or packaging.
  • Strong technical understanding of plastics processing (extrusion, injection moulding, film).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Arabic Speaking is preferred but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and manage multiple accounts.
