Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to guide a small team in designing and delivering high-performance web applications and data visualization tools. The successful candidate will combine strong technical leadership with hands-on development expertise across both front-end and back-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a development team of 3–4 engineers, providing technical guidance and mentoring.
• Design and implement interactive dashboards, reports, and web applications for diverse user groups.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain scalable APIs for smooth system integration.
• Build frameworks to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices across the full development lifecycle.

Experience/Requirements

• 5+ years of Python development experience.
• 5+ years of web application development using React and TypeScript.
• Proven track record in leading small teams or technical initiatives.

Core Technologies

• Required: Python, React, TypeScript, Node.js, UI Component Frameworks
• Preferred: SQL/NoSQL databases, FastAPI, Git, Docker, Linux, REST APIs, WebPack, Vite, Jest, Vitest, ESLint, Power BI

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering or related professional experience.
